This Sunday, August 28th, DF Fitness will be present in this sensational event performing a self defense demonstration.

Independence Day of Brazilian is officially celebrated on September 7. This year, to celebrate the 200th anniversary, the Cape Ann Museum and Action Inc. are working with local Brazilian community members to share Brazilian food, culture, music, and dance!
