The 5 benefits:

1 – Control of caloric expenditure.

Because it’s a high-intensity class, it allows you to burn a lot of calories. In about 30 minutes, spinning can result in the loss of 600 to 700 calories on average.

But this depends a lot on the intensity practiced. And the teacher will adjust the bike according to your height and needs.

2 – Greater resistance.

In a short period of time, the practice of spinning will make visible changes in your body. Your cardiorespiratory resistance will increase considerably due to the constant exercise, increasing your strength and resistance for your daily tasks.

You will no longer feel breathless in your day to day tasks.

3 – Strengthen your muscles.

With each pedal stroke the muscles will become stronger and, in addition, will help in the development of different muscle groups and tone specific parts such as calves, thighs, and buttocks.

Besides strengthening the abdominal and lumbar region, as in the practice of climbs and descents like on a real bike. No doubt the development will be with high intensity.

4 – Stress Relief

Besides the physical improvement and the high caloric expenditure, spinning will help you relieve tension and stress in your daily life. As in the practice of any physical activity, it is recommended for everyone as a healthy way of life.
