Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on physical strength, decision-making speed, agility, focus, concentration, and confidence.


However, for children to develop in an effective way and enjoy all the benefits of the classes. It is necessary to have discipline and consistency in class schedules and days.


The training sessions, when done in a constant and uninterrupted way, bring surprising benefits, such as: being in shape for championships, having more resistance in prolonged exercises, besides better fixing the strikes taught by the teacher.


If the student pauses the cycle of classes for an extended period, for some reason. This can lead to learning decay.


For example! If every summer the parents take the children out of the training to enjoy the whole vacation period, they will not progress properly. But there are cases where a break from Jiu-Jitsu at sometimes is unavoidable for some families. But for those who can choose to prioritize their children's Jiu-Jitsu training so as not to lose focus, that is the best choice!


One example is our student Lucas of the Jiu-Jitsu for kids class that has been growing with each class. He has been focusing on learning and improving his techniques since the beginning.
